1. Apologies
None

2. Declaration of Interests Councillors are asked to declare personal interests in any items on the agenda. Councillors are reminded that the code of conduct that took effect from 2018 provides that should they have a prejudicial interest in any matter under discussion, they should withdraw from the room and not seek to influence a decision about the matter.

3. Approval of minutes of meeting held on the 7th November 2018
Minutes having been circulated were confirmed as an accurate record of the meeting held in November 2018 and were duly signed by the Chairman.

5. Matters arising and new matters
A) Traffic issues

Time-scales for improvements to signage on the fosse way
In the hands of WCC: White lines and 30mph signage will be done together in due course.
Radar signs were discussed.

B) Village Maintenance
Blocked gullies on Fosse Way
WCC will be asked to assist in the clearance thereof.

Overgrown verges on Fosse Way
Photos were distributed and discussed. WCC will be asked for assistance. Forming a working party is a consideration.

Damaged and missing signage on Idlicote road
Reported for action: The missing sign to Halford at the Armscote crossing from the A3400 will also be asked to be replaced

Discussion regarding an allowance towards cost of plants on the "Millennium garden"
A budget of 200.00 was allocated.

Proposed : Soil & Vent Pipe additions and drainage works. Proposed signage scheme.

For : Cresswell

Planning Inspectorate Reference Number: APP/J3720/W/18/3217323

Planning Appeal 18/02700/FUL - Park Hill House, Idlicote Road, Halford, CV36 5DQ
Objections were agreed upon by the PC. The clerk will forward them to the Planning Inspectorate.
