Agreed as a true record and signed by the chairman as such.

4. Matters arising and new matters
Village Maintenance
Flower planting works have been completed in the village.
The pavement next to the "quarry field" on Idlicote Road has become very overgrown.
Vandalism under Halford Bridge will be reported to SDC Streetscene for cleaning up thereof.

Neighbourhood Plan
There was much debate on this matter and it will be brought back to the September PC meeting for further consideration with speakers from PCs enabling plans a possibility.
CIL monies and relevance of LSV status were considered.

WCC Road Survey
Monies have been spent and no action noticed - Cllr Whalley to progress.

Deferred to September PC meeting

6. Planning
Application(s) reference: 20/00615/FUL
Proposed : Full planning permission for the erection of 4 no. detached two-storey dwellings, with new access off the A429 (Fosse Way) and all associated site works.
At : Former Bowling Green, Fosse Way, Halford,
For : Lioned Ltd
Objection Submitted. Chairman to discuss with planning officer and ensure notification of when the planning committee will see this application - further concerns include the splay, car park and provision for proper usage of the bus stop.
A coordinated response was encouraged.

The Corona Virus response was discussed, including distribution of food parcels and the reopening of Elizabeth House with reduced hours.

The future of The Bridge Inn is as yet unknown.
